At Counter Punch Youth Academy, we proudly introduce Totally AUsome, a specialized adaptive boxing and leadership program designed for 1st through 12th grade students identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, dual diagnoses, and/or developmental delays.

AUsome creates an empowering, structured, and inclusive environment where every student can build confidence, develop focus, enhance physical fitness, and strengthen social-emotional skills. Our program combines the discipline and excitement of non-contact Olympic-style boxing training with proven social-emotional learning (SEL) strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent youth.

Through small group sessions and one-on-one support, students participate in activities that:

• Improve motor coordination, body awareness, and self-regulation

• Boost confidence, resilience, and emotional expression

• Build communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

• Foster a sense of community, accomplishment, and belonging

Our trained coaches and mentors specialize in working with students across various learning profiles, ensuring a supportive experience that celebrates each child's strengths while helping them reach new milestones. We focus on positive reinforcement, skill-building routines, and flexible, individualized approaches to set students up for success, both in and out of the gym.
